This site has no customer accounts, no logins and no payment processing. You can browse the entire catalog without giving us anything. We only learn who you are at the moment you choose to send us a WhatsApp message.

• Cart contents. The items you add are stored in your own browser using local storage. They stay on your device, are never transmitted to our servers, and you can clear them at any time from the cart page or by clearing your browser data.
• WhatsApp enquiries. When you send an enquiry, WhatsApp shares your phone number and profile name with us, along with the message you sent. We use this to answer you and to arrange your order.
• Contact details you give us. If you tell us a delivery address, an email or an alternative phone number in conversation, we keep it only for as long as we need it to complete your order.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

• We do not create customer accounts or store passwords.
• We do not process card payments or store any payment details on this website.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• We do not send automated marketing messages through WhatsApp.

Enquiries are handed over to WhatsApp, which is operated independently of us. Once your message is in WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms. We only ever open WhatsApp with a message prepared for you - nothing is sent until you press send.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart between visits, and a service worker to cache pages and images so the site works quickly and can open while you are offline. Both can be cleared from your browser settings.

WhatsApp conversations and any order details shared in them are retained for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you would like a conversation deleted from our side, ask us and we will do it.

• Ask us to delete your conversation and details, where we are not required to keep them.
• Clear your cart and cached pages at any time from your own browser.
