This site is a product catalog. It displays what Womens Only Wear currently stocks and lets you assemble a list of pieces you are interested in. It is not an online checkout: no payment is taken here, and adding something to your cart does not reserve it.

• You browse the catalog and add pieces to your cart, choosing size, colour and quantity.
• You send that cart to us as a WhatsApp message. This is an enquiry, not a purchase.
• We reply confirming availability, the final price, delivery details and how payment will be made.
• An order exists only once we have confirmed it with you in that conversation.

We photograph our stock ourselves and describe fabric, fit and measurements as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may appear slightly different from the garment in person. Handloom and hand-finished pieces carry natural variation in weave and shade; this is a characteristic of the craft, not a defect.

Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are quoted in INR. We try to keep the catalog current, but stock moves and prices can change. The price and availability we confirm in your WhatsApp conversation is the one that applies. If a piece sells out after you enquire, we will tell you and offer an alternative.

Delivery options, charges and timelines are agreed with you directly when we confirm your order, because they depend on where you are and what you have ordered. We will give you a realistic estimate rather than a guarantee we cannot keep.

Returns and exchanges are covered by our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose or to send us abusive or fraudulent enquiries.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its admin area or its underlying systems.
• Do not copy our product photography or written descriptions for commercial use without permission.

The name Womens Only Wear, the site design, our product descriptions and our photography belong to Womens Only Wear or are used with permission. Brand names and logos shown in the catalog belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we stock.

We take care to keep the catalog accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts local to our registered place of business.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you send an enquiry is the version that applies to it.
